Who we are
We are a dedicated team of hoarding cleanup and clearance specialists working right across County Durham. Between us we hold years of hands-on experience in sensitive clearances, biohazard cleaning and supporting people through difficult times.
Hoarding is a recognised mental health condition, not a character flaw. We approach every home with patience, discretion and genuine warmth — because behind every cluttered room is a real person and, often, a worried family.

How we keep costs fair
We donate usable goods to charity, recycle wherever possible, and buy back items of higher value — all of which can reduce the overall cost of your clearance. In some cases a Free House Clearance may be possible. We'll always be upfront and provide a clear, written quote before any work begins.
